ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A LONG TERM TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR 3 MONTHS WORKING MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM. Our client located at the Solent Business Park in Whiteley (PO15 7JZ) is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual with great organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail to work in their busy finance department. The hourly rate for this role is £8.27.

To perform general administration activities in support of the Credit Control Team and Banking Teams and provides assistance to the wider Finance Operation to achieve its operational objectives and ensure the team delivers a high quality and cost effective service. Achieving targets to maximise productivity, quality and service standards.



Main Accountabilities:

- Timeframes with results being compiled for onward submission to stakeholders

- Review and distribution of post and emails within group mailboxes

- Production of Credit Management letters on a weekly basis

- Performing credit card refunds on behalf of Credit Management team

- Production of statement runs and distribution of output for business segments on monthly cycle

- Distribution of PL Refund cheques to external customers

- Handles a range of administrative tasks, including compliance to the paper lite strategy utilising scanning solutions, oversight and management of document archival process

- Contributes to a positive and supportive team culture

- Promote positive customer perception

- Responsible for ensuring that all tasks are carried out in line with our audit/ICF requirements.

The vacancy is based with our major blue chip client and there is the facility to buy hot and cold snacks and there are vending machines that supply free hot drinks. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
