Customer Service job, £10/hour (plus holiday pay), immediate start, Temp to Perm, shift work, Mon-Fri

A temporary role with the potential for permanent employment in the future, working in a customer service shift based role in Basingstoke, paying £10 per hour (plus holiday pay) - immediate start (candidates with no more than one weeks' notice period).

Your new company
Our client is a very successful global organisation which maintains the buildings and facilities for a range of high profile companies in a range of sectors including: education, defence, transport, housing and utilities. The client employs over 15,000 people, and houses an extremely motivated and successful service team whom you will be joining.

Your new role
Your role will be based in a friendly and supportive team with a lively atmosphere. You and your team will be delivering outstanding customer service to clients, providing exceptional support in order to deal with queries and issues efficiently. You will also be liaising with the engineering teams to arrange efficient works and services to your clients. You will be providing first class customer service, helping you to build a fantastic relationship with these clients within your assigned region or sector, resolving issues and ensuring service expectations are being met.

Your experience and skills
You will require strong communication and customer service skills, with previous experience in telephone customer support and a passion for providing excellent service. You should have experience working in a fast paced environment, being able to thrive in both a team and on an individual level. You need to be a hard working individual who isn't afraid of a challenge. Your customer support experience would ideally be in a facilities management, engineering or manufacturing based company.

What you'll get in return

The client's office is in a central has great transport links as well as onsite parking and canteen facilities. The role is paying £10 per hour plus holiday pay and also has the potential for permanent employment at the end of the temporary role.

Please note- this role is for an immediate start, so candidates with more than one weeks' notice period will not be suitable.
